Sending the message
The website prepares the email text but does not send it or store the information entered in the form. The message is sent only when the user opens their email application and confirms it.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if a professional relationship begins, to manage it and comply with any applicable obligations. Technical email service providers may process the information according to their respective roles and notices.
